Job summary

twentysix seeks a web production specialist to own content publishing across client sites. You will publish in WordPress and other CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Collaborating with project managers, designers, developers, and SEO specialists, you’ll QA pages, optimize metadata, and improve publishing workflows. This is a permanent remote role with a six-month trial period and a dedicated professional development budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in web production, content management, digital production, or related role.
• Proficient in WordPress and publishing within CMS.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Own web production and content publishing across client accounts.
• Upload, publish, and update web content with high accuracy.
• Manage web production requests from intake to completion.
• Review pages for formatting, links, images, and metadata.
• Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices before publishing.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, developers, and SEO specialists.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain QA standards.
