Job summary
SIDEARM Sports is seeking a Director, Implementation to lead client delivery across digital products, including website redesigns and CMS migrations. You will build and guide a high-performing team, partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Support, and drive delivery excellence while transitioning to a next-generation CMS.
The role reports to the Vice President, Operations and emphasizes governance, scalable processes, and strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in client implementation, service delivery, or program management in SaaS/digital platforms
- Hands-on delivery of websites, mobile apps, and CMS transitions
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence as power users
- Comfort using AI tools to improve workflows and delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing Client Implementation organization and develop career growth for PMs and implementation professionals
- Direct successful implementation of SIDEARM’s digital products and services across onboarding, launch, and ongoing support
- Define standardized operating procedures and governance for scalable delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Client Support to align priorities and ensure client satisfaction
