Job summary

Wow Remote Teams seeks a Web IT System Admin to oversee and enhance a healthcare tech stack, ensuring secure, compliant operations across multiple locations. You’ll manage Zoho apps, RingCentral, website hosting, and AI tool integrations while safeguarding PHI and HIPAA controls.

You will enable seamless daily operations for providers, staff, and patients, supporting onboarding/offboarding and incident response with external partners. Strong English skills required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in website maintenance and IT support or systems administration.
• Experience with Zoho administration and RingCentral management.
• Proven cybersecurity practices including MFA, phishing prevention, data security and backups.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to work with remote international teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, software platforms, email accounts, user permissions, MFA, and account recovery processes.
• Keep an organized, secure master inventory of IT systems, administrator credentials, software licenses, vendor accounts, service subscriptions, receipts, and renewal timelines.
• Manage Zoho applications (Desk, Cliq, Workplace, Forms, Sheets, People, Campaigns, Sign) and build workflows and automations.
• Oversee website hosting, domain registrations, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, content updates, scripts, scheduling tools, and chatbots.
• Monitor websites and internal systems for suspicious activity; coordinate incident response and backups with external vendors.
• Support AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) with compliant workflows and privacy controls.
• Manage RingCentral extensions, call routing, voicemail, and vendor support.
• Provide access management for eCW, Doxy, payer portals, Lyra/ComPsych, Zocdoc, Psychology Today.
• Coordinate social media updates and mass emails while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Onboard/offboard staff across systems, groups, calendars, and portals.
• Document configurations and recovery workflows to ensure operational continuity.
