Qualifications

• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in web content management, 3 of which within the last 5 years.
• Previous web experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading for diverse audiences and channels.
• Create and refine publication documents, marketing materials, and Public Roads magazine content with QA and version control.
• Deliverables include marketing plans, newsletters, flyers, and web content; ensure accessibility and branding consistency.
• Provide editorial support for publications, marketing, and magazine content at all production stages.
• Edit materials for grammar, style, coherence, and formatting; ensure standards compliance.
