Required: U.S. Citizenship, Public Trust clearance, 5-7 years in web content management, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in web content management, with at least three years in the last five years.
• Previous web experience is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading services for clear, impactful content across channels.
• Create and refine publication documents, marketing materials, and Public Roads magazine content with QA throughout production.
• Deliverables include marketing plans, summaries, newsletters, flyers, brochures, fact sheets, guides, posters, cards, scripts, transcripts, social posts, and web content.
