Responsibilities

Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading to produce clear content for diverse audiences and channels.
Create and refine publication documents, marketing materials, and Public Roads magazine content with QA and version control.
Deliverables include marketing plans, newsletters, flyers, fact sheets, guides, web content, FAQs, and surveys.
Provide editorial support for publications, marketing, and magazine content across production stages in electronic format.
Write, develop, and edit materials such as documents, marketing content, and magazine articles.
Ensure grammatical, stylistic, and formatting accuracy across documents and products.
Design and format materials to meet branding, accessibility, and style standards.
