Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a consulting engineer in water/wastewater design and permitting.
• P.E. license required with civil/environmental focus.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering; strong design and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of small to mid-size water and wastewater projects.
• Direct civil design teams and review technical deliverables.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, and project costing; ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; pursue new work.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and marketing presentations; hire/subcontractors.
