Hirecruiting is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to deliver infrastructure programs for commercial, industrial, and municipal clients, with a remote work arrangement. You will leverage your water and wastewater expertise to scope studies, design solutions, and manage permitting and construction oversight.

The role emphasizes client-facing collaboration, data-driven insights, and contributing to SAAS tool development while ensuring regulatory compliance across NPDES, 404/401, and USACE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• PE licensure or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope and facilitate engineering studies and research projects to inform objectives.
• Plan, design, evaluate, and implement water and wastewater treatment projects for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients.
• Prepare permitting and regulatory documents (NPDES, 404/401, USACE, Water Rights).
• Prepare contracts, ROM cost estimates, permits, landowner agreements, and oversee construction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assemble data and analytics to support SAAS tool development.
• Support marketing efforts and other duties as assigned.
