Job summary

Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Water Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater team.

This remote-friendly role leads planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure including treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, and distribution systems. You will mentor a multidisciplinary group, manage client relationships from planning through delivery, and guide creative, resilient solutions for complex water challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field.
• Professional Engineer registration.
• Significant experience leading water and/or wastewater design projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of water infrastructure projects (treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, distribution).
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers.
• Develop creative, resilient solutions to complex water challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage risk, ensure quality and drive outcomes.
