Job summary

Raymond Search Group is seeking a remote, field-based Territory Sales Representative to own the Mid-South water treatment territory from prospecting to close. You will target industrial plants, labs, and facilities, building plans, negotiating pricing, and expanding after initial wins.

Expect a $90k base with $150k on-target earnings on a 60/40 commission, with uncapped upside. Company vehicle or allowance, uncapped commission on gross margin, and a structured draw.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable record of self-generated pipeline and net-new logo wins in B2B solution-oriented sales.
• Ability to diagnose water-related plant issues, quantify cost of inaction, and justify price.
• Willingness to cover a large territory (within 300 miles of Memphis) unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Own Mid-South territory from prospecting through contract close.
• Develop territory plan, target accounts, pricing posture, and relationships.
• Sell process water, high-purity systems, and mobile/portable deionization; expand after initial wins.
