Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington medical license.
• Board-certified Pediatrician.
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Washington Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• WA state residency required.
• Telehealth and value-based care experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment/credentialing.
