Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Washington-licensed Therapist to support the launch of behavioral health services in Washington.

This independent contractor (1099) role focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness as we expand access to care in the state. The position offers a flexible schedule at $50/hr, with roughly one hour per week, and may evolve to additional opportunities as patient services launch in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements.
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models.
• Active Washington Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Washington state residency required.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure: participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes; Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation; Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch; Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the WA landscape; Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate.

About the Role

We are seeking an Washington-licensed Therapist to support the launch of our behavioral health services in Washington. This contract position will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as we expand access to care in the state.

This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.
