Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking a Washington-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Washington. This contract role focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state.

The position is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role with approximately 1 hour per week and the potential for future clinical opportunities as patient services expand in Washington.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington medical license
• Board-certified Pediatrician
• Active DEA registration
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
• Active Washington Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Washington state residency required

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure: participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
• Engagement: participate in meetings related to network expansion and market launch
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the WA landscape
• Identify local key opinion leaders in pediatrics and facilitate introductions

About the Role

We are seeking a Washington-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Washington. This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state.

This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure

  • Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes

  • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation

  • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations

• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch

  • Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the WA landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care

  • Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
