Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a Washington-licensed Therapist to support the launch of our behavioral health services. This independent contractor role will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as we expand access to care in the state.

The position offers a flexible schedule, billed at $50/hour, with approximately 1 hour per week and potential to expand involvement as services launch in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements.
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models.
• Active Washington Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Washington state residency required.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure
• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the WA landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
