Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is seeking an Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract 1099 hourly consultant role focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as operations begin in the state.

Flexible schedule with potential for future clinical opportunities and expanded involvement as patient services launch in Arizona progresses.

Qualifications

• Active, unRestricted Arizona medical license.
• Board-certified Pediatrician.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers.
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Arizona state residency required.

Responsabilités

• Credentialing & Licensure
• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
