Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. seeks an Arizona-licensed pediatrician to support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will focus on payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as operations begin in-state.

This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role with opportunities to expand into clinical service later, depending on mutual interest and business needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license.
• Board-certified Pediatrician.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers.
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred.
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Arizona state residency required.

Responsabilités

• Credentialing & Licensure: Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Attend occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape and attitudes.
• Identify local key opinion leaders in pediatrics and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
