Role Overview: Certified Peer Support Specialists serve as role models for individuals facing substance-exposed living and those in various phases of recovery. In this role, you will follow the Substance Use Disorder Program guidelines to plan care, assess client needs, and complete screenings. You will also refer clients to appropriate resources and coordinate with the Substance Use Disorder Program team, primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community agencies to provide high-quality care.
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 a year / $20.67 to $22.12 per hour. Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, Mindoula offers a comprehensive benefits package.
