Masco Home Products India is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to manage warranty inputs, verifications, and claim coordination. You will respond to dealer inquiries, verify claims, and maintain the warranty database, while collaborating with internal teams and a US supervisor.

This is a permanent remote role aligned with Watkins Wellness operations. The ideal candidate has at least two years in customer service, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum two years in customer service.
• Experience in warranty or service support is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Able to work night shift IST and coordinate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to warranty inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve claim issues following warranty policies.
• Enter warranty data into the Warranty Database accurately.
• Coordinate with US-based supervisor and dealers for reconciliations.
