Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive warranty administration experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new proprietary software and working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Revenue maximization by reviewing claims and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
• Efficiently review, validate, and process warranty claims with high accuracy.
• Assign billable hours to technicians in line with OEM guidelines.
• Proactively communicate with clients to obtain documentation and resolve claim issues.
• Rigorously document all claim activities in accordance with policies.
• Maintain dealer warranty receivables and coordinate adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends and drive process improvements.
• Stay current on product knowledge and OEM warranty policies.
