Fulfillment IQ is seeking a Lead WMS Consultant to guide WMS-to-robotics integrations for mid-size clients along the East Coast, with a hybrid on-site/remote model within the United States. The role emphasizes coordinating between operations, IT, and robotics vendors, and leading go-live activities.

The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years in WMS projects, strong SQL skills (Oracle/MSSQL), and hands-on experience with MHE systems and robotics platforms.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in WMS implementations or supply chain systems.
• Hybrid techno-functional role bridging business and IT.
• Experience integrating WMS with MHE/automation and robotics.
• Strong SQL skills: write/store procedures on Oracle/MSSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support WMS-to-robotics integration projects (goods-to-person, conveyors, ASRS).
• Analyze requirements to design scalable WMS/WCS solutions.
• Configure core WMS modules (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping).
• Troubleshoot MHE messaging end-to-end and root-cause analysis.
