Job summary

Interlake Mecalux, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks an Implementation Developer to join the Software Operations Department.

This post-sales role implements our warehouse management software solutions at client sites, configuring the platform, writing technical specs, and providing on-site training. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, strong logistics knowledge, SQL and .NET/C# skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL) preferred.
• Knowledge of .Net platform, especially C# or related languages preferred.
• Able to travel 50% of the time; work from Atlanta, GA office the remainder.
• Fluency in Spanish is valued.

Responsibilities

• Review user specifications and manage deployment of Easy WMS at customer site.
• Analyze customer needs related to picking, kitting, shipping, inventory, cross-docking, and warehousing.
• Design and write technical specifications; configure software for each project; program on our platform using C# and Linq.
• Validate WMS with client; provide extensive on-site training post-implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients to modify solutions or provide further training.
• Troubleshoot problems and work tickets during implementation or after-sales incidents.
• Travel to various customer sites across the USA.
