Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy Warehouse Management Software across our distributor network. You will work closely with IT development and support teams to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the company.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in project management, business analysis, or software implementation, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, data analysis, training and development, or software/product implementation.
• Proven ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to be onsite 5 days a week.
• Comfortable with frequent travel to client sites across the country.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deploying Warehouse Management Software across distributor locations.
• Collaborate with IT development and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions.
• Coordinate implementation activities and track progress across sites.
• Travel to client sites nationwide as needed to ensure deployment success.
