KNAPP is seeking a Team Lead Software Support in Kennesaw, GA to oversee the daily operations of 2nd Level Software Support and ensure effective site monitoring, incident tracking, and long-term solutions. You will lead a team of Software Support Engineers, drive root cause analysis, and coordinate 24/7 coverage with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related industries.
• Experience leading or supervising technical support teams preferred.
• Basic understanding of Linux, Java, Oracle, SQL, and warehouse control systems.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Software Support Engineers in the Kennesaw office.
• Coordinate shift planning for 24/7 coverage and incident management.
