Job summary

Rex.zone is seeking a mid‑senior Robotics QA/Validation Engineer to support Brazil‑focused warehouse automation programs while working remotely with global teams. You will own QA across pick, pack, putaway, replenishment and cycle count workflows and build test plans for AMR routes.

You will analyze telemetry and event logs to identify failures, coordinate incident RCA, and validate integrations among robots, PLCs, conveyors, and WMS/WES/WCS interfaces, defining acceptance criteria and tracking

Qualifications

Mid-senior experience in warehouse automation or robotics operations.
Understanding AMR/AGV behavior, safety practices, and workflows.
Experience designing test cases and running integration tests.
Strong analytics for logs/telemetry to enable fixes.
Familiarity with ROS concepts, navigation, or PLCs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own robotics QA and validation across pick, pack, putaway, replenishment, and cycle count workflows
Build and execute test plans for AMR routes, charging/docking, safety zones, and exception handling
Analyze robot telemetry and event logs to identify failure modes, regressions, and bottlenecks
Coordinate incident triage and root‑cause analysis (RCA) with clear documentation and follow‑ups
Validate integrations among robots, PLCs, conveyors/sorters, and WMS/WES/WCS interfaces
Define acceptance criteria and track metrics such as task completion rate, mission time, idle time, docking success, and safety events
