Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in the United States is seeking a Plaintiff Employment Associate to join a dedicated Wage & Hour team focused on class and collective actions. Work with experienced plaintiff-side litigators on sophisticated Employment matters, including PAGA, FLSA, and misclassification issues.

This remote, nationally accessible role offers up to $180,000 and exposure to motion practice, discovery, depositions, and settlement discussions.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' Employment Litigation experience.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Plaintiff-side Employment Litigation experience with Wage & Hour exposure.
• Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience or exceptional writing skills is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution.
• Work on class, collective and representative actions.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery, depositions and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development.
