We Are Legal Revolution in New York City is seeking a Plaintiff Wage & Hour Associate to handle plaintiff-side wage-and-hour and employment class actions. The role offers a hybrid schedule combining Lower Manhattan presence with remote work options.

The ideal candidate holds NY Bar admission, 2–4 years civil litigation experience, and strong skills in discovery, motions, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission.
• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery, motions and depositions.
• Courtroom appearance and oral advocacy experience.
• Strong legal writing and case-management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side wage-and-hour and employment class actions.
• Manage matters through discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct oral arguments and appear in state and federal court.
• Assist with evidentiary hearings, mediation and trial preparation.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex, high-value litigation.
