Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid-level employment litigation attorney to support wage and hour matters, including class and representative actions, from inception through resolution. The role is fully remote across the United States and emphasizes writing and strategy over purely billable hours.

Candidates should have 6–10 years of plaintiff-side experience, strong wage-and-hour exposure, and familiarity with PAGA/FLSA claims.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Substantive wage and hour experience (misclassification, meal/rest breaks, expense reimbursements, off-the-clock).
• Experience with PAGA and FLSA claims.
• Ability to support senior trial attorneys.
• Two writing samples preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior trial attorneys in wage and hour matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions; manage discovery and depositions.
• Handle misclassification, meal/rest, rest break, expense reimbursement, and off-the-clock issues.
• Support representative and collective actions, including PAGA.
• Coordinate case progression with strong written work product.
