Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential plaintiff-side employment litigation firm, seeks a mid-level attorney to handle wage-and-hour matters across multiple states in a fully remote role in the United States.

The candidate will support senior trial counsel in developing and litigating wage-and-hour cases, including misclassification and rest-break issues, with an emphasis on strategic pleadings and discovery. California Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Experience with wage-and-hour matters including misclassification, meal/rest breaks, and off-the-clock work.
• Familiarity with PAGA and FLSA claims; ability to support senior trial attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior trial attorneys in developing wage-and-hour matters from start to resolution.
• Draft and argue motions and substantive briefing; manage written discovery and depositions.
• Handle casework on misclassification, meal/rest breaks, expense reimbursement, and off-the-clock work.
• Support with representative and collective actions, including PAGA and FLSA where applicable.
• Coordinate case progression and produce high-quality written work.
