Frontline Source Group is seeking an Associate Attorney for a remote role focused on Wage & Hour Class Action Litigation in Colorado. The position requires a Colorado license and 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, with preference for plaintiff-side exposure.

Responsibilities include researching wage-and-hour and class action matters, drafting pleadings and discovery, participating in all phases of litigation, and collaborating with senior attorneys while managing multiple matters in a

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Approximately 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Employment litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Experience with civil discovery and motion practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally for firm events and court proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research involving wage and hour, employment, class action, and related matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Participate in all phases of state and federal litigation.
• Assist with and conduct discovery.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Prepare for and appear at court hearings.
• Assist with motion practice and litigation strategy.
• Communicate with clients regarding active matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and litigation support teams.
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Support cases through discovery, mediation, settlement, and other stages.
