We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to handle wage-and-hour class/collective matters on the plaintiff side. You’ll run cases end-to-end, from investigation through trial, with partner mentorship and rapid growth opportunities.

The role offers remote work options and a competitive compensation package up to $250,000 DOE, plus discretionary bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• JD from a Top-25 law school or comparable standing.
• 4–10 years of plaintiff class action experience (wage & hour preferred).
• Strong research, briefing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsabilités

• Build cases from the ground up in wage-and-hour matters.
• Draft and argue key motions (cert./decert., summary judgment, approval).
• Manage discovery, depositions, and expert workups; coordinate with co-counsel.
