We Are Legal Revolution in Woodland Hills (Remote) is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney focused on wage & hour defense and employment litigation. You will join a boutique team handling sophisticated cases and be mentored by senior partners to grow your practice.

You will manage research, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial prep, with a focus on high-exposure matters and a clear path to partnership for those who build a book and deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of wage & hour/employment defense litigation experience.
• Strong trial fundamentals (motions, discovery, depositions).
• Long tenure stability; prefer candidates who stay and grow within a boutique.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers in wage & hour litigation and related employment disputes.
• Work under a senior attorney to learn the firm's proven approach.
• Handle research, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial prep.
