Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead mission-critical communications system projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction through strong planning and communication.

The role requires 4+ years in project management or 6+ years in related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, travel to customer sites, and familiarity with PMBOK and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of project management experience or 6+ years in related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; PMP/CAPM certifications a plus.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and PMBOK methodologies; ability to travel domestically for on-site upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical projects on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and track milestones using standard PM tools.
• Communicate with customer stakeholders and internal teams; drive process improvements and risk mitigation.
