Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial reporting function and strengthen enterprise-wide accounting and close processes. The role partners with executive leadership, accounting, and external auditors to ensure reporting integrity and strong internal controls.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to support strategic decisions in a growth-oriented, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, leadership preferred.
• Experience with GAAP and non-GAAP financial reporting and complex technical accounting.
• Big Four background or equivalent in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements enterprise-wide.
• Set close requirements and collaborate with CFO/COO on accounting issues.
• Lead annual financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage intercompany calculations and related schedules.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and internal controls for financial reporting.
• Drive the annual budgeting process and integrate departmental budgets into a comprehensive financial view.
• Develop and maintain a long-term financial model aligned with business strategy.
