Job summary

You will oversee due diligence, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and business development activities while reporting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong proficiency in due diligence for real estate or related projects, including market analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility evaluation.
• Budgeting, financial modeling, and cost control to ensure projects are delivered within targets.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation with external partners and vendors.
• Background in business development, with skills in opportunity identification, relationship management, and growth initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information to stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
