Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medicaid Pharmacy experience.
• Experience with programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software.
• Experience working with the technology industry.
• Experience interfacing IT with functional groups within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Codes highly complex programs; designs user interfaces and prototypes to meet business needs.
• Performs testing, analysis, and data modeling; builds complex screens, windows and reports.
• Acts as a technical expert for clients to align information system architectures with client needs.
• Sets directions and standards for information system frameworks at program level.
• Defines components of information system solutions and their relationships for alignment.
• Ensures information solutions support incremental development, maintenance and future enhancements.
• Oversees cross-functional teams and provides guidance on internal information solution architecture.
• Researches tech advancements to keep information systems aligned with industry standards.
