Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a senior product leader to drive Epics, Features, and User Stories, aligning product decisions with strategic goals and delivering value to customers. You will maintain a ready backlog and communicate the roadmap across Delivery Teams.

The role requires extensive experience in product development, UX, data, and CI/CD, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Remote-friendly role with real estate experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in industry with at least 2+ years at AVP or equivalent.
• 5+ years delivering product/services with measurable value to customers.
• Experience designing solutions with End User usability and UX focus.
• Strong analytics for persona/outcome based impact.

Responsibilities

• Align product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate vision.
• Define Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
• Evaluate, prep, execute and deliver Epics, Features, User Stories.
• Provide solution options balancing capacity and demand.
• Maintain a ready backlog and communicate Acceptance Criteria.
• Represent the voice of the customer to stakeholders.
