Sedgwick in Kansas City is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major processes and support functions aligning with enterprise goals. You will partner with senior leaders, orchestrate cross‑functional execution, and drive adoption of innovative, data‑driven solutions across the organization.

You will set operational plans, foster accountability, and guide change management to ensure sustained transformation impact across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Certification in Project Management or Change Management recommended (PMP, PgMP, CBTP, etc).
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation with significant management impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
