Job summary

Mitchell International is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Solutions & Delivery to lead casualty operations and AI-enabled transformation. This remote US role will partner with CIOs/COOs and senior sponsors to set vision, strategy, and delivery priorities for customer-facing consulting and implementation functions.

You'll drive large-scale engagements, align multiple functions, and accelerate time-to-value through standardized playbooks and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
15+ years of progressive experience in solutions consulting, professional services, or related disciplines.
7+ years of leadership experience managing consulting teams or professional services functions.
Expertise in casualty insurance, risk solutions, claims technology, or healthcare technology environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as a thought leader on casualty operations and AI-enabled business processes.
Position the organization as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders (claims leaders, CIOs, COOs).
Develop and execute the vision and priorities for customer-facing consulting, delivery, and implementation.
Partner with commercial, product, and operational leaders to support growth and customer success.
Drive alignment across functions to ensure a consistent customer experience and improved outcomes.
Design a tech-enabled implementation framework to accelerate onboarding and value delivery.
Lead continuous optimization of implementation processes with automation and metrics.
