Qualifications

• Experience translating high-level strategy into measurable execution across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to oversee cross-functional portfolios with dependencies and resources.
• Experience in entrepreneurial, small-to-mid-sized B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate long-range business strategy into detailed execution plans, defining initiatives, workstreams, owners, milestones, KPIs, resources, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional initiatives, establishing governance and operating cadence.
• Drive accountability across senior leaders and project owners to move priorities from planning to execution.
• Build reporting, dashboards, and performance frameworks for visibility into progress, performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with the CEO as a trusted problem solver to focus leadership on high-impact priorities.
• Strengthen processes and operating discipline as the organization scales while preserving speed and flexibility.
