Job summary

Chadwick Martin Bailey (CMB) seeks a VP, Strategy Consulting to lead a cross-disciplinary practice that translates research, analytics, and AI-enabled insights into growth strategies for global clients. You will build a high-impact team, shape offerings, and mentor senior executives while expanding CMB’s executive footprint.

You will partner with Growth, Research, Analytics, and Industry Leaders, drive client engagements, and serve as a visible external leader in the market.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Organizational Leadership, Design, Public Policy, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of consulting/executive advisory experience for enterprise growth clients.
• Experience building consulting practices, solutions, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating research, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, activation, implementation, and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, operating model, consulting frameworks, quality standards, and talent strategy for Strategy Consulting.
• Build and grow a strategy team within a collaborative culture.
• Introduce new strategy and decision-enablement capabilities across CMB.
• Lead multi-disciplinary growth strategy consultants to enable decisions with client impact.
• Represent CMB in executive presentations and strategic discussions.
