Job summary

Kinect Solar is seeking a Vice President, Operations to run the operational engine of the company—driving day-to-day execution, cadence, and disciplined delivery across warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.

The VP will partner with the CFO, Sales Leaders for two business lines, and technology leadership to translate strategy into executable plans, develop people, and ensure resources are aligned to growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or general management in a logistics or distribution business, with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations organization across warehouse, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and special projects.
• Manage and optimize the contracted warehouse and 3PL network—carrier and partner selection, performance management, and network design.
• Direct freight strategy for specialized cargo (transformers, BESS, trackers, modules), including hazmat handling and insurance.
• Establish and own operational KPIs across logistics, warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Assess organizational structure and talent while scaling operations across functions.
