Job summary

Kinect Solar is looking for a talented Logistics Project Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The role oversees projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include project planning and execution, stakeholder communication, operational oversight, risk management, performance reporting, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management.
• Experience managing client-facing logistics projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling Solar/renewable energy projects or high-volume warehousing desired.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal departments.
• Operational Oversight: Coordinate transportation, inventory management, documentation, order flow, and carrier performance.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues.
• Performance Reporting: Track KPIs and provide reports on outcomes and improvements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and handoffs between teams.
