Precon Events seeks a Vice President of Strategic Operations to drive the company's growth by translating vision into scalable operating discipline and accountability. You will partner with the Founder and CEO to shape priorities, design robust processes, and build the organization’s capacity for profitability and scale.

The role oversees producers, creative functions, and cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment between client strategy, execution, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience building operating infrastructure: processes, cross-functional workflows, reporting.
• Proven experience managing people, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong judgment and financial fluency, including budgets and forecasting.
• Experience in founder-led, family-owned, or entrepreneurial environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Ability to build trust with leaders and drive follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder/CEO to translate strategy into priorities.
• Establish a disciplined operating cadence with goals and accountability.
• Counsel the CEO and align leadership perspectives across the org.
• Lead design and improvement of processes, systems, and tech stack.
