• Must have deep expertise in machine learning with a strong record of research and practical impact.
• Experience researching or developing agentic AI systems is required.
• Proven ability to lead research teams and set technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the research strategy for agentic AI and LLM capabilities.
• Build, mentor and lead a team of researchers and ML engineers.
• Guide research into agent reasoning, planning, tool use, memory and task execution.
• Establish rigorous evaluation methods to measure reliability and progress.
• Work closely with engineering and product leaders to move research into production.
• Stay hands-on, helping design experiments and solve difficult problems.
