Ladders is seeking a VP Revenue Operations—remote—to shape revenue strategy for a large finance and insurance business unit. You will partner with senior leaders to drive multi-year revenue plans, capacity modeling, and market expansion, translating financial insight into enterprise-wide action.
You will lead a transformation across people, process, and technology, delivering growth and improved commercial performance while aligning with executive stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale revenue growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define growth strategies for a $750M+ business unit.
- Influence enterprise revenue strategy through executive planning and investments.
- Lead multi-year revenue plans and market expansion strategies.
- Own annual commercial planning and sales capacity modeling.
- Deliver strategic insights on revenue trends and operational performance.
- Drive enterprise-leading commercial practices for selling effectiveness.
- Lead large-scale commercial transformation across people, process, and technology.
