Job summary

Brentwood Associates is building a world-class Growth & Operations team to accelerate value creation across portfolio software companies. You will serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, driving go-to-market excellence, revenue operations, and product-driven growth.

As VP/Principal, you’ll partner with portfolio CEOs to implement value creation plans, establish OKRs, and build scalable GTM engines, while ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep SaaS GTM expertise across Sales & Marketing leadership.
• RevOps mastery: end-to-end revenue architecture, forecasting, data hygiene.
• Operational rigor: OKRs, dashboards, and productivity improvements.
• CS & expansion playbook: driving NRR and upsell.
• PE mindset: translate ops into EBITDA impact and growth.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and overhaul GTM engines across portfolio companies.
• Build revenue operations capabilities with integrated tech stacks.
• Drive 2–3 portfolio companies with measurable value creation.
• Turn CS into a profit center with health scoring and renewal forecasting.
• Shape product strategy to unlock new growth levers and PLG opportunities.
