Job summary
SH/FT is a client services business focused on implementing and activating technology and data to accelerate sales and marketing for Fortune 500 and leading brands. The VP of Global Technology Services will lead delivery across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems and web engineering, shaping a scalable, high-performing practice.
You will partner with executive leadership to define strategy, governance, and staffing, driving client outcomes and margin while growing the team and accelerators,
Qualifications
- 10+ years in marketing technology or digital consulting, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (Director or equivalent).
- Proven track record leading delivery across multiple complex engagements in a consulting or agency environment.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and drive alignment without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Own technology services delivery across active engagements, ensuring technical quality and on-time delivery.
- Serve as senior technical and strategic advisor translating architecture and platform capabilities into business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Directors, senior architects, and engineers across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
