Job summary

SH/FT is seeking a VP of Global Technology Services to lead and scale our technology delivery practice across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems and web engineering. This senior role requires moving between executive strategy and hands-on execution to ensure delivery quality, margin, and strategic direction.

The role offers a fully remote setup for North America, with compensation ranging from $185,000 to $210,000 per year plus annual performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing technology or digital consulting.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role (Director or equivalent).
• Proven track record leading multiple complex engagements in a consulting/agency setting.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication for VP/C-suite discussions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology services delivery across active engagements with focus on quality, on-time delivery, and scope alignment.
• Act as senior technical and strategic advisor translating architecture and platform capabilities into business outcomes.
• Lead and mentor Directors, senior architects, and engineers across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Drive architectural standards, delivery governance, and quality frameworks across the practice.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership on pipeline development and capability positioning.
