Johnson Controls seeks a strategic Vice President, Global Supply Chain EHS to lead the network's safety program across factories, warehouses, and logistics worldwide. You will own the EHS framework, drive risk reduction, and partner with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and Sustainability to embed safety into capital projects and operations.

The role emphasizes SIF prevention, governance, and performance management, with executives accountable for system effectiveness and leaders

• 10+ years of relevant EHS leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success preventing serious injuries and fatalities (SIF).
• Executive-level experience developing and implementing global EHS strategies and assurance programs.

• Lead and govern global EHS strategy for manufacturing and supply-chain network.
• Embed EHS into capital projects, equipment, and network changes.
• Set leadership expectations, and drive risk-based assurance across sites and regions.
