Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in EHS
• Executive-level experience developing and implementing global EHS strategies, standards, and assurance programs
• Experience integrating EHS into capital projects, engineering, automation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIF prevention program across the global network with defined critical controls and verification
• Develop and execute a multi-year EHS strategy aligned with enterprise goals
• Set risk-reduction standards for machine safeguarding, energy systems and hazardous operations
• Establish leadership accountability and safety culture across executives to frontline supervisors
• Lead environmental standards and governance for air emissions, wastewater, waste and spills
• Implement a global EHS management system with risk-based audits and assurance
• Embed EHS requirements into capital planning, equipment design and network changes
• Deliver a performance framework with leading indicators and dashboards for EHS leadership
